to keep away from (a place, person, object, etc.), from motives of dislike, caution, etc.; take pains to avoid.

I'd like to make a cute acronym for it, but it's too serious a concept for that. And I'm not interested in spending hours trying to think up a relevant sentence with them. So here's the deal: There are some admins who think that their sites are so important that they can break the rules on other sites. Bastards. Anyhow, the only way we can punish them for this is to shun their sites. Ignore them. Do not advertise them. Give them no web traffic.
